Blaze Pizza is celebrating the opening of its newest location in a fitting way: Free pizza.
The national chain, which is backed by LeBron James, debuted its first St. Louis-area location (and also the first in Missouri) in Kirkwood in March. Now, Blaze plans to open another location at 8039 Dale Ave. in Richmond Heights on Mon., Oct. 22.
The brand-new 3,000-square-foot space features an open kitchen, plus seating for 74 diners inside and 34 on an outside patio. The fast-casual concept is known for its build-your-own pizzas, which are cooked to order in just three minutes in an open-flame oven.
To celebrate the occasion, anyone who visits the new location of Blaze on Tue., Oct. 23 from 10:30am to 9pm and follows the brand on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook will receive a free build-your-own pizza. The company's record for free pizzas given out is 2,700, and they're hoping to beat that number next week.
