Cielo Rolls Out New Sunday Brunch at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

Cielo has always served some amazing food day and night, but the restaurant's new brunch buffet brings a completely new look to your Sunday. Every Sunday from 10:30am to 2:30pm, the restaurant – perched atop the eighth floor of the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis in Downtown St. Louis – will serve a seven-station brunch buffet.

As you first walk into the dining hall, you’ll be met with a few staple brunch buffet stations. The breakfast counter, for instance, includes morning favorites like build-your-own omelets, breakfast breads and muffins, while the carving station serves freshly cut prime rib. Cielo also offers a charcuterie and cheese station with every smoked meat, cheese, olive, and dried fruit you could imagine. For something a bit hearter, head to the entrée station lobster mac 'n' cheese, spinach tortellini, sliders and, of course, plenty of bacon.

Moving from the main dining area to the bar, you’ll arrive at the unlimited drink station. A staple at any good brunch, the build-your-own Bloody Mary bar is equipped with all the pickled items one needs to make a truly perfect morning cocktail. Mimosas, fresh carrot and spicy green juice are also available. And if none of those drinks quench your thirst, try a boozy milkshake or build-your-own smoothie with fresh fruit, juice and yogurt.

Further down the bar is the raw seafood station, which is loaded with fresh oysters, shrimp and the catch of the day. And since no raw seafood bar is complete without lox, Cielo offers smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, onions and bagels.

But don’t fill up completely on all those savory foods – you'll want to save some room for the dessert station. Here, you'll find tarts, cannoli, panna cotta and brûlée, plus a French toast bar. If you can only make room for one item, though, opt for the freshly made donuts. Choose from donuts stuffed with Nutella, donut holes and freshly glazed donuts, fried and iced right before your eyes.

Once you’ve loaded up your plate(s), head over to your table inside the beautiful dining room or out on the rooftop. No matter where you’re seated, you’re sure to have an amazing view of the city and the Arch.
