Visitors to 2nd Shift Brewing Co. will soon be able to chow down on chicken adobo inside the brewery's tasting room.

Guerrilla Street Food, the Filipino food truck and restaurant, plans to open a second location inside the brewery, which moved from New Haven, Missouri, to The Hill last fall.

The kitchen at 2nd Shift is already built, so the Guerrilla Street Food team isn't wasting any time: They plan to kick off service on Wed., July 5. 

“Steve [Crider]and the 2nd Shift team are true innovators within craft beer in St. Louis. We share that passion to offer St. Louisans something different,” Guerrilla co-owners Brian Hardesty and Joel Crespo said in a statement.

Longtime fans can expect to see favorites like the signature Flying Pig, which features slow-roasted pork asado, calamansi, hoisin, Sriracha, fried garlic, black sesame seeds and a one-hour egg over rice. Eventually, Hardesty and Crespo plan to roll out a few menu items specific to the 2nd Shift location.

Meanwhile, another Guerrilla Street Food location is slated to open later this year inside the new Tropical Liqueurs in The Grove.
