Hi-Pointe Drive-In and Bagel Champ Collaboration
"Bagel lovers, rejoice! Chef Mike Johnson of Hi-Pointe Drive-In is joining forces with Bob Brazell of the newly opened Bagel Champ to offer St. Louis a crossover between a burger and a bagel, all for a good cause! On Saturday, May 11th, both locations of Hi-Pointe Drive-In will serve up the collaborative burger bagel, coined the “Hi.nstein Bros.,” from 11 a.m. until sold out. Bagel Champ, located within Bob Brazell’s Byrd & Barrel, will also be offering the collaborative sandwich beginning at 9 a.m. For $12 (excluding tax), guests can sink their teeth into a double cheeseburger, loaded with bacon, Taylor ham, a fried egg and hot honey spread, all sandwiched between a bagel! For each Hi.nstein Bros. burger bagel sold, $2 will be donated to the Stray Rescue of St. Louis, the largest no-kill organization in the city and surrounding region. Hurry in, this collaborative burger bagel is available for one day only and while supplies last." From 11am until sold out.
