This summer, fans of Food Network star Guy Fieri can dine on his Trash Can Nachos washed down with a bacon Bloody Mary, all while staring at Lake Taneycomo.
The celebrity chef and restaurateur has teamed up with FACE Hospitality, which operates several attractions in Branson, Missouri, to open Guy Fieri’s Branson Kitchen + Bar. The concept will be located in the Neighborhood District of Branson Landing adjacent to Parakeet Pete’s Waterfront Zipline. Construction is underway and the restaurant, which will be open daily for lunch and dinner, is slated to open this summer.
Rosemary Rose, president of FACE Hospitality, says the deal has been in the works for eight months.
“Guy Fieri is the most well-known celebrity chef,” she says. “One of the reasons he’s very popular is he’s approachable. He’s all about fun. In my personal interactions with him, he bounces around, engages with people. At FACE, we are the same way.”

Rose says the venue – at nearly 8,000 square feet – promises to be much more than just a restaurant. The concept will offer cooking classes and demonstrations, as well as an event space for corporate events.
“We felt this location was beyond perfect because it’s a beautiful area and we are on the beautiful lake,” Rose says. “We will have two amazing patios: one on the water and one at the entrance. We couldn’t be more excited about Branson.”
The executive chef and general manager have both been hired from Walt Disney World, and Rose says she feels the team will elevate the service and dining experience. Fieri owns Kitchen + Bar concepts in other cities, including New York, Las Vegas and Mashantucket, Connecticut. Most of the menu is the same at each restaurant, including signature dishes like Trash Can Nachos, the Bacon Mac n Cheese Burger, Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ Wings and lobster tacos. But the culinary team is also working to develop some items specific to the Branson venue, including pastrami tacos and toasted ravioli prepared “Guy's way.”
“We will make the pastrami and smoke it and the sauces will be Guy’s sauce [including] his famous Donkey sauce,” Rose says. “We have smokers in the restaurant so will have great smoked products like ribs and pork.”
Guy Fieri’s Branson Kitchen + Bar will also boast an extensive drink menu, featuring 16 craft beers, including regional favorites like Mother’s Brewing Co., as well as other well-known Missouri beers. Other options include a selection of Sonoma County wine and a frozen tap system shot bar that dispenses eight different shots straight out of an iced dispenser.
“The emphasis we have at FACE is producing star experiences for our guests, something they will always remember,” Rose says. “The one thing Guy said to me is ‘Rosemary, don’t give me stuffy.’”
And Guy Fieri’s Branson Kitchen + Bar promises to be anything but stuffy.
