Your first course is braised cabbage with Sundry smoked ham and Jason Wiebe White Cheddar Mornay paired with Chambourcin rosé, followed by housemade cacio e pepe pasta with pecorino Romano cheese and fresh ground black pepper paired with Chambourcin dry. The third course is Barham Family Farm quail stuffed with hot Italian sausage in potato bread, served with braised local greens and roasted Brussels sprouts paired with 2014 Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Get a sneak peek of Feast publisher Cat Neville's new show, tasteMAKERS, at Vox Vineyards. The eighth episode of the debut season features two local favorites: Green Dirt Farm and TerraVox. The event will feature a selection of award-winning wines and cheeses for guests to sample before the show. The episode lasts approximately 30 minutes and will be followed by a Q&A session with TerraVox owner Jerry Eisterhold and Green Dirt Farm owner Sarah Hoffmann. From 4 to 6pm.
