Lüp Süp Release 2019 at Torn Label Brewing Co.

"In the future, everyone will be Lüp Süp for 15 minutes. March 1st, at 4:00PM we'll be serving up the Süp in four packs of cans and on draught for your drinking pleasure. This juicy, hazy NE IPA showcases the brightest, most vibrant hops we could get our hands on. By focusing on late addition whirlpool and dry hopping, we've concocted a subtly bitter, more floral, fruity, and aromatic IPA. Come enjoy First Friday in the Crossroads with us!" KC Canning Co. March First Friday with KC Wineworks

"We are joining our friends at KC Wineworks to hopefully celebrate the return of warmer weather and First Fridays in 2019! Come out and try some tastings of our goods and some wine pairings and shop for your favorites! Can't wait to see you there!" From 5 to 10pm.


Strange Days Brewing Co. 1-Year Birthday

"Join us on March 2nd as we celebrate our 1 year anniversary. We'll be opening at 6:30am to watch the North London Derby between Tottenham and Arsenal. After that we'll have a ton of new beer releases throughout the day, and have the parking lot open for games and hanging out." All day.

Green Dirt Farm & Schramsberg Pairing Class at Underdog Wine Co.-Crestwood

"Join us as we welcome Alix Hoylman with Green Dirt Farm for an educational class & tasting with GDF's locally produced and award winning cheeses. And, of course, nothing is better paired with great cheeses than great sparkling wines. We will be pairing the cheeses with a selection of bubbles from one of California's original sparkling wine houses, Schramsberg Vineyards. The class will include four of Green Dirt Farm's cheeses, four Schramsberg sparkling wines, some additional snacks and Alix's expertise." From 3 to 4:30pm. Tickets are $55, available here.

Café Sebastienne Dinner Series: Fermentation

"Join us Saturday, March 2, to explore the art of fermentation with food writer, activist, and author Sandor Katz; artist and food fermentation experimentalist S.E. Nash; and Café Sebastienne Executive Chef Rick Mullins. The evening will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a free panel discussion and Q&A with our hosts and collaborators in the atrium of Kemper Museum of Contemporary Art. Complimentary kombucha sampling will be available. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. A multicourse dinner will immediately follow, held in the Café Sebastienne Courtyard at 7:00 p.m. Featured natural wines, beers, and ciders will also be available for purchase. Mardi Gras Bar Crawl at Power & Light District
