Get ready to raise a glass – bars and restaurants throughout the state are officially approved to sell curbside cocktails (well, temporarily at least). Some of St. Louis' top spots are rising to the occasion, offering pre-batched cocktails packaged in bottles, quart containers and even vacuum-sealed bags to take home and enjoy. Whether you want a Margarita or a Manhattan, you'll surely find something delicious to sip on.

Downtown, Blood & Sand is offering a range of batched cocktails from classics to in-house creations. Classics are available in a batch that makes three cocktails for $15; you might spot a Negroni, Margarita or, naturally, the namesake Blood & Sand cocktail. Signature cocktails are available as a batch of three for $30; choose from creative sippers like the Waiting on the Summer (Uncle Val's botanical gin, cucumber, mint, lime) or Pull Back The Bolt (High West Double Rye, burnt orange, lemon juice, thyme). Chao Baan
Regional Thai spot Chao Baan is now offering it's cocktails to-go. Each Thai-inspired drink is either $9 or $10 and includes options like the Smoky Hot Thai Boi (Banhez Mezcal, Thai chili-infused Cimarron tequila and lime) and the Napple Daiq (Tiki Lover's Pineapple Rum, Avuá Prata Cachaça, lime and palm sugar syrup). The full cocktail menu is available online and is available for curbside pickup.

Elmwood
In Maplewood, Missouri, the acclaimed Elmwood is offering bottled cocktails for curbside pickup alongside beer, wine and some of its most popular menu items. Bar director Dave Greteman has prepared a range of pre-mixed cocktails including standards like a Negroni and Manhattan as well as rotating options like a spicy tequila cocktail or pink peppercorn-apple punch. Want to mix things up yourself? Opt for one of the DIY cocktails, which feature all the ingredients needed to make an Aperol Spritz, Aviation or Moscow Mule at home.

Gringo
Gringo is back open, and they are serving their signature margaritas and sangria by the cup and by the half gallon. Pick up 16 ounces for just under $10, or pick up the half gallon for $35 each, which holds between eight and 10 servings. You can also pick up plenty of Mexican beers if you are feeling more like a cerveza. Gringo is offering its menu for carryout and delivery through DoorDash.

Hi-Pointe Drive-In
The new to-go cocktails at Hi-Pointe Drive-In match the whimsy spirit of the restaurant's regular menu and daily specials. Recent options have included Hi-Land Punch, a purple punch made with grape lemonade, pineapple and white rum, available for $12 in a quart container that serves two to three people. Want something more classic? Opt for the strawberry-basil lemonade with white rum.

Want a comforting down-home meal and a great cocktail to boot? Head to Juniper. Pastaria is serving up some of its popular cocktails in batches for curbside pickup. You can get a 12-ounce container of the cocktail for $28 or a full 32-ounce bottle for $70. Currently, you can get the Brasserie Old Fashioned or The Unusual Negroni. Order online to grab one of these to sip on, but make sure to add a meal kit or take-and-bake pizza; cocktails can only be ordered with a food purchase.
