Happy hour at home just got a whole lot easier. Thanks to lobbying from several restaurant owners and the Missouri Restaurant Association, bars and restaurants throughout the state are now allowed to sell curbside cocktails through the end of the year. Customers can pick up pre-batched cocktails in bottles, quart containers and even vacuum-sealed bags from top spots in the area, then enjoy them in the comfort of their own home.
