Enjoy dinner from a local food truck, browse African products or chow down on strawberries this weekend. 

Friday

St. Louis County Parks Food Truck Fest at Laumeier Sculpture Park

"Follow the caravan of various mobile menus and join family and friends for dinner in your beautiful St. Louis County Parks. Each food truck operator offers a small signature menu that is uniquely different. June 4th event includes free live music from Eddie Randle Trio ft. Matt Gagnepain. Food Truck Fest is open from 5 to 8 p.m. with live music from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. No coolers allowed."

O'Fallon's Food Truck Frenzy

"Enjoy a tasty evening of food truck fare, and live, local music at locations throughout the city. You only need to bring your appetite and a blanket or chairs. Admission and parking are free." From 5:30 to 8:30pm. 

May's Night Market at City Foundry

"Shop an array of local vendors from vintage fashion and home goods, to hand-made one of a kind garments, art, jewelry, apothecary goods & more! Local food trucks and local drinks will be available on-site." From 6 to 11pm.

Saturday

One Africa! One Nation! Farmers Market

"The One Africa! One Nation! Farmers Market will be a popular destination where people can experience the vibrant flavors, cooking styles, foods, entertainment and products that represent the culture of our people from the Caribbean to the African continent to our popular St. Louis BBQ. Our parent organization, APEDF, is uniquely positioned to make this market a success in North St. Louis City. We have 15 years of experience building and managing the One Africa! One Nation! Marketplace in Philadelphia that has incubated more than 24 businesses." From 9am to 5pm. 

Kimmswick Strawberry Festival 

"The Strawberry Festival is held each year on the first weekend in June. This year the dates are June 5th and 6th 2021. Hours are from 10am to 5pm each day. The Strawberry Festival is expected to draw at least 40,000 visitors and will showcase at least 125 food and craft vendors. The Strawberry Festival will be bursting with fresh strawberries, strawberry shortcake, chocolate-covered strawberries, strawberry cheesecake, and strawberry iced-tea. Enjoy your favorite festival foods, too, like kettle corn, shish kebobs, funnel cakes, onion blossoms, BBQ, hamburgers and hotdogs and roasted corn on the cob along with many others." Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.

Namaste and Drink Wine with Chateau Maplewood

"We're pairing delicious wine with free OUTDOOR yoga at Sutton Park (just down the street)! Enjoy a vinyasa flow yoga class then enjoy a glass of wine at the shop or grab a bottle to take home. Bring a mat, towel, water. We will be meeting at Sutton Park. All mats will be required to be six feet apart. All levels welcome. Participate at your own risk." Starts at 11am.
