The dish features two beef koobideh kabobs (made with ground meat mixed with spices and peppers) served over basmati rice with a grilled tomato. Want to take the dish to the next level? Substitute basmati for qabeli rice, cooked in lamb juice and served with raisins and carrots, or biryani rice, cooked in lamb juice and mixed with peas and chickpeas. 

For those whose protein preference isn't beef, the restaurant has an extensive menu of chicken, vegetable and seafood entrées to fit just about anyone's tastes.
