The Wood Shack Three Cheesy Pigs

Three Cheesy Pigs comes with cherry and hickory-smoked ham, pepper bacon, pulled pork, comte cheese, Champagne mustard and pickled okra on a baguette.

Since it opened in 2017, The Wood Shack has been serving up creative and delicious sandwiches in St. Louis' Soulard neighborhood. The restaurant is true to its name – not only does the interior feature reclaimed wood, but the sandwich shop's meats are smoked with different kinds of wood to enhance their flavors. 

The Three Cheesy Pigs lives up to its name with three types of pork: peppered bacon, pulled pork and cherry- and hickory-smoked ham. And, of course, it's cheesy too; this sammy is served with comte cheese on a baguette. If that's not enough for you, its also finished with pickled okra and a Champagne mustard.

Make sure to round out your meal with some of the sides from The Wood Shack, too. If you go for fries, spring to get them with Cajun seasoning for an extra bite, or try the smoked potato salad to keep enjoying those same smoked flavors throughout your whole meal.
