Get ready for more burnt end toasted ravioli: The fourth location of St. Louis barbecue joint Salt + Smoke opens in the Central West End on Thu., Jan. 17 at 11am.
Co-owner Tom Schmidt announced plans to open the restaurant in March.
"The Central West End is incredible," Schmidt previously told Feast. "It's one of those rare spots in St. Louis that's beautiful, has historic charm, tons of vibrant activity, and has for decades. It's one of the marquee places in St. Louis to be."
The restaurant will be in the base of the building off of Clark Avenue.
The space, at 392 N. Euclid Ave., was formerly home to The Tavern. Guests can expect the same focus on barbecue and whiskey as at other Salt + Smoke locations, including pulled pork, smoked wings, the critically acclaimed brisket and, of course, those famous toasted ravioli.
Next up, Salt + Smoke plans to open its fifth location as a new tenant in One Cardinal Way, a new luxury apartment complex in Ballpark Village.
