Our Crawfish Boil is a traditional Cajun mix of crawfish, potatoes, corn, andouille sausage, mushrooms, and onions. "Join Les Dames d'Escoffier St Louis on Saturday, June 1 at noon for an informative and delicious afternoon of Edible Foodscaping. Matt Lebon, owner of Custom Foodscaping, transforms ordinary spaces into beautiful, food-producing landscapes. A proud St Louis native, formerly of Earthdance Farms and with over 10 years of farming experience, Matt specializes in everything from food forests & herb gardens to profitable vegetable farms. The afternoon will include a presentation on edible foodscaping, as well as a tour of the Vicia foodscape, which he designed. Participants will have an opportunity to try some edible flowers and herbs. Ginworld Gin Week presents one of our favorite subjects, Mad Men style, over a martini education brunch! Experts from around the country have gathered to Saint Louis to discuss the enticing yet often misunderstood spectrum of The Martini including a deep dive into the categories of gin and the history of the modern day gin martini. Brunch generously provided by Juniper and cocktails and education provided by Edinburgh Gin, Hendrick's Gin Orbium, Sipsmith, New Holland Spirits and Bluecoat American Dry Gin. From 1 to 3pm.
