Our feature this evening utilizes @row7seeds produce that we grew in conjunction with a local gardener (also a wonderful employee). 7082 Cucumbers produce a big watermelon flavor while the Honey-nut Squash carries a crunchy cantaloupe texture and flavor. Here we have a play on the classic prosciutto and melon pairing our bounty with country ham, creme fraiche, spherical seaweed and orange zest. #fromourgarden
