Grad School Burger

The Full Ride burger features two beef patties, bacon, sharp Cheddar cheese, caramelized onion, lettuce and tomato with a side of hand-cut fries.

The pint-sized location of Grad School on Jefferson Avenue has temporarily closed, but Springfield, Missouri, diners can still snag the star of the menu at its sister business, J.O.B. Public House.

Available for lunch and dinner, Grad School’s most popular burger, aptly named the Full Ride, features not one but two beef patties topped with caramelized onion, creamy sharp Cheddar and bacon. Like any classic burger, it also comes with lettuce, tomato and a side of fries.

At J.O.B. Public House, fans can order several other Grad School staples as well, including the Codi Brah. This vegetarian-friendly sandwich is perfect if you’re going meatless for the month – and you’re super hungry. The patty is made with Grad School’s signature housemade falafel, which is slathered with the same melty cheese as the Full Ride and paired with hand-cut fries.

J.O.B. Public House opened an expanded outdoor patio earlier this year, where you can enjoy your burger if you choose.
