Lost Signal Brewing Co. does two things, and it does them well: beer and barbecue.
In addition to beers like a Pilsner, red ale and smoked pecan porter, the Springfield, Missouri brewery offers a full food menu spotlighting house-smoked meats. You'll find classics like ribs, brisket and pulled pork alongside playful dishes like barbecue nachos piled high with pulled pork, chicken, chopped beef brisket, beer queso and chipotle salsa and poutine smothered in brisket gravy and topped with house-cured bacon and jalapeño cheese curds.
Our move is the classic brisket, available in either ½ or ¼ pound portions, paired with the Mexican street corn. If you're not feeling corn, other sides include slaw, baked beans, hand-cut fries, mac 'n' cheese and bacon-jalapeño cornbread.
Lost Signal makes it easy to enjoy the full experience at home: you can also order beer online, including 16-ounce cans, 4-packs and 32- and 64-ounce growler fills. No matter what barbecue dish strikes your fancy, make sure to try some of the brewery's new seasonal Tower Fest Lager.
