The Order Seasonal Gnocchi

The seasonal gnocchi is served with seasonal vegetables, whipped ricotta and fried sage.

Not only is the menu seasonal, but the restaurant works with a list of local producers in order to use the freshest pork, goat cheese, mushrooms, chocolates, vegetables and more. If you're looking for a comforting dish at the end of a long week, we recommend the housemade gnocchi.

The Order's gnocchi is served with a brown butter sauce and roasted vegetables and topped off with whipped ricotta, fried sage and Aleppo pepper. This dish is vegetarian, but even meat-lovers will be impressed with the fall flavors and creaminess that the ricotta lends to the plate. 

For those who prefer something with more protein, the filet and herb-roasted chicken are also popular choices at the restaurant. Both dishes still incorporate local, seasonal ingredients, so you are guaranteed to get a little bit of Missouri autumn on your plate. And make sure to pick up a to-go cocktail, too; the smoked Old Fashioned is a classic, but the Dear Jessica, made with vodka, Irish cream, espresso, pumpkin spice syrup and cream, takes like fall in a cup.
