From brisket to pulled pork, barbecue-lovers will find a home at Lost Signal Brewing. A relative newcomer in Springfield, Missouri, Lost Signal is primarily known for its rotating selection of small-batch brews.

To complement the beer, executive chef and general manager Kymberlee Matney offers a barbecue-focused menu. The selections range from smoked ribs, brisket and pulled pork to poutine topped with smoked brisket gravy and Edgewood Creamery cheese curds.

Other appetizers include tacos filled with pulled pork, chicken or brisket; crispy fried pickles; and loaded barbecue nachos with housemade beer queso fresco.
