Earlier this year, Eurasia Coffee Co. introduced new menu offerings inspired by Indian classics, and they've quickly become best-sellers.
Now, three of the lunch entrees center around tikka, an Indian dish made with small pieces of cut meat or vegetables marinated in spices. Eurasia offers two types of tikka: A chicken tikka and a roasted cauliflower tikka, both marinated in yogurt and a signature spice blend.
The refined menu includes Eastern-inspired dishes like chicken tikka, roasted cauliflower tikka and red cabbage slaw.
You can order tikka from Eurasia in a sandwich or salad form. For a healthy gluten-free and vegetarian option, go with the cauliflower tikka salad. It comes with the cauliflower tikka on a bed of greens, a cilantro-lime vinaigrette and a garlic yogurt drizzle. It also gets an extra crunch with the addition of the café's Desi slaw, made from red cabbage, cilantro chutney and garlic yogurt sauce.
