The Bacon from The Workshop at Finley Farms

The Bacon from The Workshop at Finley Farms features an oversized slice of sourdough decked with bacon, avocado, tomatoes, arugula and basil mayo.

Since opening in October 2019, The Workshop at Finley Farms has continuously surprised and delighted diners with its toasts – all of which spotlight seasonal ingredients and harmonious flavor combinations. But The Bacon is one of the few that’s withstood the test of time, earning a permanent spot on the menu.

This oversized slice of sourdough comes with enough toppings to constitute a whole meal. The layers of bacon, avocado, tomatoes, arugula and basil mayo will leave you satiated and satisfied.

A similar but slightly lighter option, The Avocado holds the bacon and substitutes the basil mayo for olive oil, Maldon sea salt and cracked black pepper. For a sweet alternative, the Fig Toast features goat cheese, olive oil, rosemary and the same quality salt and pepper duo.

Currently, the Finley Farms team is perfecting a deviled egg-inspired toast as well, coming to the menu with other new items in early spring.
