Feast's Happy Half Hour series returns with Feast publisher Catherine Neville and Rogan Howitt, bartender and Feast contributor. Each cocktail will feature Brown-Forman spirits as they mix and shake in some of the region's favorite bars. Here are the recipes to become a cocktail connoisseur at home!

Lion's Tail

Yields | 1 

  • 2 oz Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
  • .75 oz lime
  • .5 oz allspice dram
  • .25 oz demerara simple syrup
  • 2 dashes bitters

| Preparation | Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lime wheel.

Apple Cobbler

Yields | 1 

  • 1.5 Jack Daniel's Tennessee Apple
  • 1 oz Fino sherry
  • .5 oz cinnamon simple syrup
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • fresh ginger, sliced thin

Preparation | Muddle ginger with lemon juice and cinnamon simple syrup. Add other two ingredients and stir with small amount of crushed ice. Top with more crushed ice, garnish with cinnamon stick and a lemon wheel.

Sour Royale

Yields | 1 

  • 1.75 oz Finlandia vodka
  • .75 oz lemon juice
  • .25 oz vanilla simple syrup
  • .5 oz Chambord
  • .75 oz aquafaba

Preparation | Add all ingredients to a shaker tin, shake vigorously without ice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe, garnish with raspberries.
