If you are looking for a romantic environment this Valentine’s Day without the hassle of reservations, head up to the top floor of the Hilton at the Ballpark to experience Three Sixty. The restaurant’s inventive small plates, craft cocktails and romantic surroundings will be sure to impress your date this holiday.

The sweeping views of downtown from – you guessed it – 360 degrees around the building will charm your date before they even sit down. Romantic touches, such as a sprinkling fountain that greets guests as they walk in, set the atmosphere for some of the best views St. Louis can offer – no matter where you’re seated. Overlook Busch Stadium, the Mississippi river or the Arch while you taste and toast your way through your meal.

A special Valentine’s Day menu will include a dark chocolate bruschetta appetizer with figs and balsamic, entrees such as the 10-oz strip steak and crab-stuffed sole and of course, dessert! The sweet-tooth special will be peanut butter mousse and flourless chocolate torte. Find these specials all weekend long from Thursday, February 13 to Sunday, February 16.

Three Sixty has been expanding their menu year-round with the touches of their new executive chef, Tudor Seserman. Since starting in December 2019, Tudor has been slowly overhauling the menu to focus on fresh, local ingredients and provide more vegan and vegetarian items. This includes a new vegan cheese option for the popular open-flame pizzas! Seasonal soups are vegan or vegetarian most of the time. But that’s not to say meat eaters should worry; his expertise from restaurants such as Element give a perfect balance to appeal to the palettes of all diners who make their way up to the 26th floor. 

In the summer, the menu will cater more to the season. Small plates and shared appetizers are perfect for Cardinal baseball fans with the stadium in clear view from the rooftop patio. Add a boozy element and try one of their rotating craft beer selection on tap.

For now, guests can enjoy the views and sparkling city lights from inside thanks to the ceiling-high windows. “It’s for those looking for a laid-back, romantic environment,” says Three Sixty general manager Griffin Letch.

Beyond the specials, try a few of the winter entrees this Valentine’s Day, such as the braised short rib, scallops or beet risotto. As one of the new veggie-friendly entrees introduced by Seserman, the beet risotto is both delicious and charmingly romantic with its maroon-pink tone.

The bar menu continues to impress with a cocktail menu crafted by Kyle Mathis of Westport Social. For Valentine’s Day, look for a special Champagne cocktail. Following dinner, a DJ will begin playing at 10 pm and if weather permits, the gas-lit fireplaces on the wrapped patio make for a romantic place to sip and snuggle.
