In its second festival commemorating the brand-new outdoor plaza, Ballpark Village will host its first wine walk. The event, presented by 14 Hands, takes place on Sat., Oct. 5 from 1 to 4pm and will include wine tastings and small plates at participating venues.
For the price of general admission, visitors will receive a small plate and wine pairing from each participating venue. Wines like Frozen 14 Hands Rosé, 14 Hands Red Blend, 14 Hands Cabernet Sauvignon and Domaine Ste. Michelle Sparkling will be available. Venues include Budweiser Brew House, Crown Room, Shark Bar, PBR St. Louis and Fox Sports Midwest Live!
Guests will sip wine while enjoying a live music lineup on three different stages. Performing artists include Macks Creek, 80’s Band and Rick Mahogany Duo.
The event offers a VIP ticket option allowing participants early access to the event at noon (an hour before general admission). Other benefits included with VIP access are one extra wine pour, a souvenir Ballpark Village wine tumbler, an exclusive VIP tented area on the Busch II Infield, access to a VIP-only restroom, a commemorative Wine Walk T-shirt and $5 parking at the Ballpark Village lot. VIP tickets also include all benefits of general admission.
A dollar from every wine walk ticket purchased will benefit ALS Association, St. Louis Regional Chapter. The organization is dedicated to discovering treatments and a cure for ALS, as well as to serve, advocate for and empower people affected by ALS to live their fullest lives. They are recipients of a four star rating on Charity Navigator.
The event is available to those 21 or older and will take place rain or shine. $10 parking will be available.
