Apple and cinnamon is a classic pairing for fall, and this cocktail celebrates that combination and adds the kick of butter and booze.

- 1½ oz cognac
- ½ oz cinnamon syrup
- 1 large spoonful apple butter
- cinnamon stick, for garnish
| Preparation | In a cocktail shaker without ice, combine cognac, cinnamon syrup and apple butter. Shake and pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick, if desired, and serve.
