Bamboo Cocktail

A new month is here, and spring is getting closer by the day! We can’t wait for the warm weather and for the sun to stay out longer. Good weather calls for a good cocktail, but you don’t want to spend all your time prepping something crazy. That’s why we think today is a good day for a Bamboo. This cocktail is aromatic and complex, but also lower in alcohol – perfect for getting outside as the weather warms up and enjoying a few!                                    

Bamboo

Serves | 1 |

  • 1 ½ oz dry sherry
  • ½ oz dry vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 dash angostura bitters
  • lemon twist, to garnish

| Preparation | Add the sherry, vermouth and both kinds of bitters to a bar glass filled with ice. Stir about 30 seconds and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish and serve.
