Ouzo Sour

March 25 is Greek Independence Day. In 1821, the country chose the Feast of Annunciation as the day to begin its revolution from the Ottoman Empire, winning the war eight years later. Very few spirits call Greece to mind like Ouzo, so we’re raising a toast with this simple Ouzo Sour cocktail. Share this recipe and Skype your friends while we ride out this storm. Give each other a little toast while you’re at it: Yasou!
