Stone Hill Winery’s Chambourcin has notes of red and maraschino cherry, as well as some lovely fresh plum. The wine showcases interesting earthy aromas and saddle leather, and finishes with a dark chocolate-covered berry compote. It is very soft and drinkable with hints of black pepper and barbecue spice. This wine is fermented on the skins and then aged for one year in French and American oak barrels. Stone Hill Winery is committed to making the highest quality wines.
