In Rolla, Hoppers Pub serves classic pub fare in Route 66-themed digs

In 2018, Ursula Lebioda and her husband, Jake, opened Hoppers Pub in Rolla, Missouri, to honor the history of one of America’s original highways. Themed around U.S. Route 66, this is the couple’s second location (the first opened in Waynesville in 2010) and features the same classic American menu with expanded seating.

Diners can expect eats like a Philly cheesesteak and the bacon-Cheddar burger as well as less common fare, like frog legs and breaded and fried clam strips. Pair your meal with a cold beer – given the theme, you can choose from 66 brews on tap.
