Network with coffee professionals while tasting various coffees and pastries at Love Bean Coffee Fest this weekend. 

Network with coffee professionals, celebrate German heritage at the Ferguson Farmers' Market or taste the food of Columbia, Illinois, this weekend. 


Love Bean Coffee Fest

“All-inclusive tickets to coffee and pastry testing while learning and networking with the coffee community! Special guest Keith Hawkins, founder of The Color of Coffee Collective, and his team will have a coffee and conversation special!” Tickets $15. From Thursday through Saturday, 10:30am to 1pm each day. 



“Celebrate our local heritage with German music, food and beer! German meal with local Missouri sausages, ice cream with Missouri wine, special vendors and activities along with our weekly vendors who carry fresh, local produce, meat, eggs, honey, bread and more!” At Ferguson Farmers' Market. From 8am to noon. 

Taste of Columbia

“Purchase a Taste Ticket Book here for $20 to the Annual HMSCA Taste Taste of Columbia and sample the best food and drinks Columbia, Illinois, has to offer. Enjoy live music from 11am to 4pm at 100 N. Main St. (across from Joe's).” 

Music and Art 10

“G-Theory Productions is proud to present you with Music and Art 10 on the river! We have always geared this event toward helping local artists have a platform to showcase their incredible abilities and skills. Unlike any of our events before, this one will feature over 25 live artists and vendors, flow art, fire and live music all day. Our friends at Light Lab will be joining us to put on a light show you won’t soon forget alongside a breathtaking view of the Mississippi River. So save August 6 in your calendar, share this event with your friends and bring the family out to celebrate life with us at Music and Art 10.” At Boathouse Food & Deck in St. Charles. From 2 to 11pm. Event is all ages, children under 5 are free. Tickets are $10 online and $15 the day of the event. 


Kookin' for Kids

“St. Vincent Home for Children's 31st annual Kookin' for Kids is back, and we are excited to bring back another year of comedy. This year's event will offer our guests the opportunity to sample mouthwatering dishes from some of the area's finest eateries, bid on fantastic live auction items and enjoy a night of comedy! The fun all takes place on Sunday, August 7, from 4:30 to 7pm (food 4:30 to 6pm) at the Four Seasons Downtown.” Tickets $125. Proceeds benefit St. Vincent Home for Children. Featured comedian is Greg Warren.
