Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

This creamy, tangy and garlicky buttermilk ranch goes on just about anything.

This creamy, tangy and garlicky buttermilk ranch goes on just about anything, but I encourage you to take that fresh-out-the-oven slice and dunk away. 

Buttermilk Ranch Dressing  

Yields | 1 cups |

Ingredients

  • ½ cup buttermilk 
  • ½ cup whole fat Greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise 
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped, plus more for garnish 
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • ¼ tsp pepper 
  • ⅛ tsp celery powder 
  • a few dashes of hot sauce 

| Preparation |

Grate garlic over a medium bowl with a microplane. Add remaining ingredients, and whisk together until well-combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
