Chaz on the Plaza is offering both dine-in and carryout options for meals on Easter. Dine in for a multiple-course prix fixe menu with entrée choices such as a spin on a full English breakfast, cucumber-crusted salmon, Steak Diane and more. If you are looking to dine in on Easter at J. Gilbert's you can find a three-course prix fixe menu for $49 per person, but the restaurant also has a meal for you to take home. There are two options available; choose a spiral glazed ham kit ($75 for two people, $135 for four) or go all-out with a surf and turf sampler with 4-ounce filets with a choice of Atlantic salmon filets or shrimp and scallop skewers ($95 for two, $185 for four). The Town Company

The Town Company inside Hotel Kansas City is offering a special prix fixe menu for Easter this year that includes innovative twists on brunch classics paired with creative cocktails. Each table will start things off with a few pastries including sunflower miso scones, cinnamon roll waffles and pimento cheese brioche. Then, choose between a spinach salad, smoked sturgeon croquettes or a granola parfait. For your main, you have a choice of cheesy grits with a poached egg, oyster mushrooms and shallot; Lamb in a Blanket with maple syrup, herbs and red wheat crêpe; a smoked trout tartine with avocado, cucumber and radish; and smoked hanger steak with egg, fried potatoes and lobster béarnaise. Sides for the table include hash browns, braised greens with benne seed and cornbread with house preserves and black pepper butter. You'll need something to wash all that down, so choose from a la carte mimosas for $11/each or $22 for bottomless; flavors include classic orange juice, pineapple-Szechuan pepper, strawberry-Thai basil and more.
