Beth Barden is a whirling dervish of culinary creativity. As such, her restaurant, Succotash, was one of the first in Kansas City to immediately launch a revised website so diners could continue to get the restaurant's insanely satisfying brunch favorites during the COVID-19 crisis.
Perhaps best of all, there are plenty of options for those needing vegan, vegetarian and gluten- and dairy-free meals. Call in to order anything off Succotash's entire menu for carryout or curbside delivery, which will be ready within 30 minutes.
Barden is also offering full meal kits that can be picked up or delivered for an extra $5 with a $25 minimum order. The DIY boxes come with ingredients to feed two to three adults for $20; other shareable meals include a whole roasted chicken potpie, peanut butter Nutella French toast with six slices and a pan of vegan mac 'n' cheese.
Succotash is open Monday through Tuesday from 8am to 2pm and Wednesday through Sunday from 8am to 3pm.
