Japanese Gyoza Class with Chewology

"This is a hands-on course led by Josh Springer, head chef and Katie Liu-Sung, owner of CHEWOLOGY. We will demonstrate our gangster-selling gyoza recipe and discuss dough secrets! You will work in groups of four to create gyoza from raw dough to finished product. We’ll feed you while you learn and even send you home with a gyoza making tool in the CHEWOLOGY Tote Bag!" Friendsgiving Lunch at The Littlest Bake Shop

"Join us for a fall harvest inspired lunch. Plate with have herbed soy curls, cornbread dressing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and roasted green beans. $15.95 a plate. Available for dine in or take out. Seating available first come first serve. Lunch begins at noon and goes till sold out! Also, pick up a bag of soy curls while you’re in the shop on sale from Integrative Health Providers with a seasoning packet and special link to Trey Bennett’s soykey recipe to make your holidays healthy and compassionate!" One-Year Celebration at KC Pinoy

Celebrate KC Pinoy's one-year anniversary at 1623 Genessee with a Kamayan-style feast. The event features six courses served on banana leaves, including Salted Egg Shrimp (head-on shrimp cooked in a rich salted egg yolk sauce), Pepasingong Tahong (steamed mussels), Kinilaw (raw tuna, vinegar, coconut milk, calamansi, red onion), Ningnang Pampano (grilled pompano), Taba ng talangka rice (crab fat fried rice), Binukadkad na plapla (fried, butterflied tilapia) and Kalamunding cupcakes (calamansi cupcake with calamansi buttercream). The dinner includes complimentary sodas and fruit juices, with additional cocktails and beers available for purchase. From 6 to 8pm. Tickets are $65, available here.
