"YUM! Lidia's Kansas City is teaming up with The Roasterie on Saturday, August 3rd from 10 AM - 1 PM to serve a flight style brunch pop up! For $5 take a taste of a perfect pairing of the following eats and coffees: espresso-rubbed beef tenderloin with horseradish aioli and giardinare paired with The Roasterie's Brazil Fazenda Lagoa; sweet potato gnocchi with brown butter, sage and candied pecans paired with The Roasterie's Kansas City Blend; and caramelized white chocolate blondie paired with The Roasterie's Guatemala La Frontera. These three yummy treats have been expertly paired with three of our coffees for a pop up you won't want to miss. We can't wait to see you in our Bean Hangar at the Factory Cafe! Bring your appetite!" From 10am to 1pm.
"Who doesn't love a good cook out? Come hang with us August 3rd from 4PM to close for a Yard Party. And we're going to get weird. We're laying out the astro turf, dusting off the kiddie pools and aluminum patio furniture - plus we're tapping our Helles-Style Lager, Yard Beer, and our Blood Orange Sour with Vanilla, Patio Furniture! Oh, that's not it. In addition to a righteous tapping, we're taking over the kitchen. For some reason Dodson's is trusting us (don't worry, we're legit and licensed), and cooking for all of you. The brewers that made your beer are also cooking you dinner - it comes full circle. Stay tuned as we announce the menu! This task is completed with a little help from our buddy James Henry Loub, of course. He needs to keep us in-line somehow. See ya August 3rd for good times, good beer and good food!" From 4pm to 1:30am.
