Torn Label's new Kansas City location features a full menu of beer-friendly fare

A year after owners Rafi Chaudry and Travis Moore closed the original tasting room of Torn Label Brewing Co. in Kansas City, they revealed that they were working on Torn Label Public House.

Now open, the shiny new taproom has an outdoor patio and a full kitchen run by chef Vince Brink, former executive sous chef of Corvino Supper Club & Tasting Room. The menu offers a variety of creative snacks such as pizza-flavored popcorn, fried pickles, red snapper Rangoon served with a sweet chile jam and soft pretzels served with fermented mustard seed, honey and cream cheese dip.

Fans of Torn Label have a new spot to snag its popular brews like Alpha Pale and Monk & Honey.

For something more substantial, try the peri peri chicken sandwich topped with peri peri aïoli, house pickles and Beecher’s Flagship Cheese, or keep an eye out for specials such as the cauliflower and chickpea hummus dusted with caramelized nutritional yeast.

Pair your plate with a beer from Torn Label’s popular portfolio such as the Alpha Pale, a session beer hopped to the max, or the Monk & Honey, a Belgian ale made with local honey.

Torn Label Public House is open Wednesday and Thursday from 11:30am to 10pm, Friday and Saturday from 11:30am to 10pm and Sunday from 11:30am to 8pm.
