Travis Tucker, Pressed

At an early age, Travis Tucker spent weekends and summers helping his grandparents on their farm in southern Missouri. His reverence for food and respect for where it comes from led to a career in the restaurant industry: He opened Bleu Restaurant in Columbia in 2007. After transitioning Bleu into a catering company in 2015, Tucker set his sights eastward, recently putting down roots as Bleu Events at Randall Gallery in Downtown St. Louis.
