There's good news for fans of Source Juicery's cold-pressed juices, smoothies and healthy fare. The shop has moved to a new, larger location and, in turn, expanded its menu.
The shop, which owners Michelle Motley and Chrissy Stevens opened in Edwardsville, Illinois, in March 2016, relocated just four doors down to 228 N. Main St. on Fri., March 1. The new location, which was formerly home to Laurie's Place, is about 700 square feet larger than the previous location. Most importantly, its boasts a larger kitchen.
The expanded kitchen has allowed Source to introduce new menu items, including gluten-free waffles and gluten-free avocado toast. The shop also continues to use only fresh fruit and vegetables in its line of juices (including the popular new cold-pressed celery juice), smoothies and food items, including healthy breakfast and lunch dishes like salads, bone broth and overnight oats.
The new space also offers additional parking for customers. Motley says she and Stevens considered opening a drive-thru, but wanted to stay on Main Street. Instead, Source now has a parking lot directly next to the shop, making it easy for customers to pop by quickly to pick up online orders.
"Our mission is to make healthy eating convenient and delicious, and we're so excited to share this new space and experience with our customers and the community," Motley says.
Source Juicery is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 5pm, Wednesdays from 6:30am until 7pm, Saturdays from 7am to 3pm and Sundays from 10am to 2pm.
