Stock Hill was voted the winner in Steakhouse in Kansas City in the 2017 Feast 50 Awards. Even in Kansas City, a town known for its high-quality beef stemming from its booming livestock industry, Stock Hill made a name for itself for steaks and much more after being open only since December. The various cuts – including a dry-aged, bone-in prime Kansas City strip, filet mignon and wagyu rib-eye – come with coffee or porcini rub options and sauces such as wasabi-yuzu kosho chimichurri and Armagnac-green peppercorn. Stock Hill is the latest restaurant from Kansas City’s Bread & Butter Concepts, which comprises The Oliver, Gram & Dun, BRGR Kitchen + Bar, Taco Republic and more.
