Join Schnucks Cooking School chef Amy Feese on Zoom at 5pm on Thu., March 18 to learn how to make the dishes on this month’s menu:

  • Peas, Prosciutto and Parmesan
  • Poached Cod with Lemon Butter Sauce
  • Salad with Quick Pickled Vegetables
  • Spring Millefeuille

In this class, you’ll learn how to use but also preserve seasonal vegetables so you can enjoy them for weeks to come. Plus, learn how to perfectly poach cod and create a classic dessert with layers of puff pastry, fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Participants can pick up meal kits containing all the ingredients they’ll need to make the meal at 12332 Manchester Road on Wed., March 17 from 9am to 5pm and Thu., March 18 from 9am to 3pm. For more information, contact the cooking school directly.
