In this cocktail, agave syrup and seltzer water are used in place of the more traditional sugar and water. Bar Limón suggests using Codigo Tequila Rosa, a tequila aged in spent Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels, to add extra depth of flavor to the cocktail.

- 1½ cups unsweetened passion fruit juice
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp agave syrup
- 1 oz tequila
- 1½ cups seltzer water
- 1 tsp whipped cream, for garnish
- 1 tsp orange twist, for garnish
| Preparation | Combine first 5 ingredients in a mixing tin; add seltzer water and stir. Fill a glass with ice and add cocktail; garnish with whipped cream and orange twist and serve.
