Date-Miso Salad Dressing

Date-miso salad dressing.

Sundlie says this miso dressing strikes the perfect balance between fruity and tangy. The recipe was inspired by one that appears in Unprocessed by Chef AJ and Glen Merzer.

Yields | 1¼ cups |

  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup yellow miso
  • ¼ cup date syrup
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

| Preparation | In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add all ingredients and emulsify until smooth. Transfer to a Mason jar; will keep up to 2 weeks stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Shake well before serving.
