Habanero Citrus Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup yellow onion
  • 2 habanero peppers, seeds removed
  • 12 oz bag cranberries
  • ⅓ cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • Zest of juiced orange
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • ¼ tsp ground clove

Preparation | Add oil and onion to a small pan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add cranberries, Grand Marnier, orange juice and zest; cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes until berries break down. Cool and serve.
