There are many other ingredients you can mix into these cookie dough balls: Try nuts, dried fruit or cocoa nibs.

Yields | 30 cookie dough balls |
- ¹⁄₃ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup almond flour
- pinch sea salt
- ¾ cup peanut or almond butter
- ¹⁄₃ cup date syrup
- ¹⁄₃ cup chocolate chips
| Preparation | Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flours and salt. Add peanut or almond butter and date syrup, stirring until smooth. Add chocolate chips and stir to combine. Roll dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Freeze cookies for 30 minutes to set. Will keep up to 7 days stored in an airtight container in refrigerator.
