As of Mon., May 4, restaurants in Columbia, Missouri, are officially allowed to open for dine-in service – with some limitations, of course – but many are continuing to offer carryout menus during this uncertain time.
One such local spot is Coley's American Bistro, which will open for limited dine-in service this week while also continuing to serve a selection of starters, sandwiches and entrees for curbside pickup and delivery.
In addition to options like a Cajun chicken philly, classic burger, grilled chicken pesto sandwich or basil pesto tortellini, Coley's is offering a handful of family-style packages to serve the whole group. Offerings range day to day, from family-style hoisin pork chops served with creamy mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans and garlic hoisin sauce to hot chicken and waffles with a side of pepperjack mac 'n' cheese.
Today, Coley's is offering a homestyle fried chicken dinner that serves four people for $29.99. The meal includes six pieces of crispy fried chicken served with the obligatory mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans, with a side of chocolate gooey butter cake and ice cream for good measure. If you need something to wash it all down with, Coley's is also offering bottled wine and beer to-go.
Orders for curbside pickup can be placed online.
