Strawberry-Blueberry Fruit Salad

  • 2 lbs strawberries, rinsed, stemmed, hulled and cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 lb blueberries, rinsed and cleaned of stems
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar

| Preparation | Two to three hours before dinner, toss the strawberries and blueberries with the sugar in a large mixing bowl. Cover tightly and refrigerate. Before serving, stir from the bottom up to distribute juices.
