The news is out: chef Josh Galliano will be hosting his fried chicken pop-up restaurant at Half & Half in Clayton.
Scheduled for Mon., Aug. 13, the All Star Chicken and Fish dinner will go from 5 to 10pm, or until the food runs out. He'll be serving snacks, fried chicken and fish and pies, with Half & Half's T.S. Ferguson serving traditional and modern cocktails inspired by the fare. (From what we can tell, St. Louis Post-Dispatch reporter Evan Benn was the first to announce the news.)
No reservations will be taken, and carry-out will be available.
Galliano first announced the special culinary affair on Thu., July 12, at the time stating that he wanted to wait until promotional flyers were completed to announce the time and place.
