Jun 07, 2011 | 9:05 am -- The http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel/STLBVHF-Hilton-St-Louis-at-the-Ballpark-Missouri/index.do" target="_blank">Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark's much-anticipated new rooftop restaurant/bar Three Sixty is set to open in late July, and the hotel is looking to hire 100 staff members.

A hiring fair will take place from 10am to 4pm on Mon., June 13, Tue., June 14 and Wed., June 15 for the following positions:

  • Mixologist
  • Cocktail Server
  • Bartender
  • Server
  • Busser
  • Host
  • Security
  • Cook
  • Dishwasher

Applicants should enter at the main entrance of the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark at 1 South Broadway.

A new 275-seat lounge boasting an innovative small plate menu, Three Sixty is being constructed atop the 25-story east tower of the http://www1.hilton.com/en_US/hi/hotel/STLBVHF-Hilton-St-Louis-at-the-Ballpark-Missouri/index.do" target="_blank">Hilton and will offer a 360-degree view - indoor and out - of the riverfront, Arch, city skyline and entire Busch Stadium.

Atlanta-based Concentrics Restaurants, a firm known for development of the award-winning http://www.stateandlakechicago.com/">State and Lake, http://cibomatto.therestaurantsatthewit.com/" target="_blank">cibo matto and ROOF at theWit Hotel in Chicago, is heading the development.

A year-round facility, Three Sixty will feature a flexible design that allows a portion to be closed off during colder months. The sleek, urban space will include a giant outside bar, several indoor bars, dozens of flat-screen TVs, Zen-like fire pits and several private and semi-private dining spaces.

Three Sixty also will feature a full-service kitchen and an extensive menu of small plates. A comprehensive beer, wine and cocktail program will feature house-made infusions.

Three Sixty will be open seven nights a week starting at 3pm and will be available during the day for private functions. The total capacity is 400.

LHM acquired the landmark hotel in 2005 (formerly a Marriott) and then invested more than $16 million in renovations.

"Three Sixty is the final piece in a five-year effort to transform this hotel into the ultimate hospitality experience in St. Louis," says Steve O'Loughlin, president of LHM. "Whether it's a summer baseball afternoon or a cool night with a blanket of snow covering the city, the view at Three Sixty is going to be phenomenal and the atmosphere electric."
