On the heels of a wildly popular fried chicken pop-up restaurant at Half & Half in Clayton in August, chef Josh Galliano went two-for-two yesterday with a second successful pop-up, this time at Pint Size Bakery.

Bakery owner Christy Augustin had reached out to Galliano to host the affair after her South St. Louis shop's normal business hours on Mon., Sept., 17. With both chefs having deep ties to New Orleans, they decided to serve up Cajun/Creole cuisine.

FEAST photographer Corey Woodruff was on hand to capture all the action in the kitchen - and even rolled up his sleeves and pitched in! Check out his photos at left.

No word yet on when or if Galliano will host another pop-up. We'll keep you posted.
