This November, Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantin is slated to open its doors at the north end of the Saint Louis Galleria.
In preparation, restaurant officials announced that they will start hiring in mid-September to fill 125 part-time and full-time positions, including servers, bartenders, hosts and cooks.
Traditional, regional and contemporary Mexican-inspired foods will make up the menu offerings for lunch, dinner, happy hour and late night, along with handcrafted margaritas and an extensive list of carefully selected 100-percent blue agave tequilas. Balancing slow-cooked meats and bold flavors, Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantin will offer a variety of scratch-made tacos, burritos and enchiladas, along with starters, salads and entrees.
“The atmosphere we’ve created embodies food and drink the way it should be made – by hand, from scratch, with real, quality ingredients – and we believe that’s exactly what locals are looking for when deciding where they want to eat and drink,” says Drew Graefe, Vida Mexican Kitchen y Cantina’s operating partner.
